NL Real Book
MCN presenteert NL Real Book
Op het North Sea Jazz Festival 2011 wordt het eerste Nederlandse Real Book gepresenteerd, het NL Real Book met daarin titels van o.a. Eric Vloeimans, Willem Breuker, Michiel Borstlap, Soesja Citroen, Misha Mengelberg, Tineke Postma en Anton Goudsmit.
Het NL Real Book – een uitgave van de uitgeverij van MCN – is een ‘work in progress’. Jaarlijks komen er nieuwe titels bij.
Het NL Real Book, dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het Europese samenwerkingsproject Rhythm Changes: Jazz Cultures and European Identities, is een initiatief van Walter van de Leur, hoogleraar jazz en geïmproviseerde muziek aan de Universiteit van Amsterdam.
Vanaf begin juni verschijnt meer informatie over het NL Real Book op deze site.
